1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders, including bridal, pret, and custom pieces.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for ready-to-wear (pret) and block print items under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Bridal, couture, customized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  2. Once approved, return the item via courier within 3 days (shipping charges are the customer's responsibility).

  3. After inspection, we will process your exchange or provide a store credit if the requested item is unavailable.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.

5. Custom Orders & Bridal Wear

  • Bridal and customized orders are made-to-order and non-exchangeable.

  • Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing an order.

6. International Orders

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders due to high shipping costs.

  • If you receive a defective item, contact us within 24 hours to discuss possible solutions.
