Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only for ready-to-wear (pret) and block print items under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Bridal, couture, customized, and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
