2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and GBP (British Pounds) for international orders.

  • We accept payments via bank transfers only.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after processing begins.

3. Custom & Bridal Orders

  • Bridal and customized orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking.

  • As these are made-to-order pieces, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary by collection. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

  • Zebara is not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds but may allow exchanges on pret collections if the product is defective or incorrect.

  • All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Bridal, customized, and sale items are non-exchangeable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including designs, images, logos, and text on Zebara is the exclusive property of our brand.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
